Tom’s Legacy

The goal of the Tommy C. Capper Scholarship is to help current and former attendees of Central DeWitt High School (formerly Clinton County Central Community High School) with short-term scholarships to pursue vocational, technical, or traditional continuing education. Regardless of whether or not they graduated, it’s especially designed for those in whose lives the scholarship will have a tremendous impact in setting up future success.

Deadlines

Since the Capper Scholarship is for current and former attendees of Central DeWitt High School (formerly Central Clinton Community High School) of all ages and career pursuits, all applications for scholarship must be received 4 months before the start of your college or vocational program.
